Mina Baali is a member of the Sahrawi Association of Victims of Grave Human Rights (ASVDH). A former prisoner Mina was recently dismissed from her work for her solidarity with other Sahrawi political prisoners. She was beaten several times by the police for participating in peaceful protests.
Sahrawi human rights defenders continued to be subjected to intimidation, harassment, questioning, arrest, incommunicado detention, and unfair trials.
